Who we are

Bluebird Select sells wild bird food from the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal data described here. Our registered company details will be published here once the trading entity is finalised.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us: name, email, delivery country and address.
• Order information: what you bought, when, and the carriage quoted.
• Basic technical data from your visit: pages viewed, device type, approximate region.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, quote shipping, fulfil orders, handle returns, keep accounting records, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to run the shop: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the carrier delivering your parcel. Each processes data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months. Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion where we have no legal reason to keep it. Email hello@bluebirdselect.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

The site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages and, once enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising or tracking pixels are running at present. If that changes we will ask for consent first and update this page.
