Where we ship from

Every order is packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 1pm on a working day are normally packed and handed to the carrier within two working days. You receive tracking as soon as the label is created.

United Kingdom

• Tracked courier, typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Heavy sacks travel as separate parcels and may arrive on different days.
• Highlands, islands and some rural postcodes can take a day or two longer.

Worldwide

We ship worldwide. Because bird food is heavy and carriage varies sharply by country, we quote shipping for your address before you pay rather than showing one flat figure. Typical transit is 5–10 working days for Europe and 7–15 working days elsewhere.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of insect-based feed; if that applies to your address we will tell you before taking payment.

Damaged or missing parcels

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo of the packaging. Split sacks are replaced, not argued about. If tracking stops moving for more than five working days we open a carrier claim on your behalf.

While checkout is being set up

Ordering is by enquiry for now. We reply with a total that includes carriage to your country, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
