These terms

They apply to every order placed with Bluebird Select. By confirming an order you accept them. Where you buy as a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights.

Orders

While online checkout is being set up, orders are placed by enquiry. Our reply is a quotation, not an acceptance. A contract forms when we confirm your order in writing after you agree the total including carriage.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude shipping, which is quoted per destination. We may correct obvious pricing errors before a contract is formed. Import duties and taxes are payable by you.

Product information

Weights are nominal and subject to normal packing tolerance. Natural products vary in appearance between crops; images are representative rather than exact. Feeding guidance is advice, not a guarantee of which birds will visit.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer because we fail to meet these terms, but not for losses that were not foreseeable, nor for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting rights you may have under local law where you live.
