Pellets or cakes?
Pellets for table and ground birds; cakes for a cage and clinging birds.
Will they melt on a hot fence?
They hold shape in normal UK heat. Move the dish into shade in a heatwave.
Can I soak them?
No need. They soften on their own in damp weather.
